At Little Nut Tree Toys we want you to have full confidence in the products you have purchased and for your shopping experience to be as easy and pleasant as possible.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014 you have up to 14 calendar days from when you receive the goods to let us know that you want to return an item. You then have a further 14 calendar days to actually return the item or provide proof of return.
Cancelling Your Order
Should you change your mind after completing your order, please let us know straight away by ringing 07554 195350 or e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, explaining that you do not want to proceed.
Cancelling Despatched Goods
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to arrange return within 14 calender days for a refund. You then have a further 14 calendar days to actually return the item or provide proof of return. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused, otherwise we will be unable to refund you. Little Nut Tree Toys will refund the original outbound postage cost, however the return postage cost will only be refunded if the item is faulty (see below). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods or proof of return. We recommend you obtain a “proof of postage” certificate from the Post Office (free of charge) as this will be required in the event of making a claim against Royal Mail for lost or damaged returns.
If you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, or develop a fault within 14 days of accepting delivery, please contact us for a refund or replacement goods at our cost. If your product develops a manufacturing fault after 14 days, but inside 3 months of accepting delivery, we will send out replacement parts (where applicable) and or a replacement item. Please note that our warranty does not cover any item over 3 months old, unless a separate manufacturer’s warranty is in place. Please check with us and we will advise if such a warranty applies to your product. This guarantee does not affect any rights you have under the Sale of Goods Act or Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014.
